Having traveled the world and learned the trade at London’s most prestigious hotels, including The Savoy, The Landmark, Claridge’s, and undertaking Stagiaire’s with Pierre Herme, from the tender age of 16.
I quickly moved up the ladder, and when I landed in Dubai at the age of 21, there was nothing stopping me from setting the pastry world alight.

Hi, I’m Alannah - a young, free-spirited, fun-loving creative Pastry Chef! I began cooking at the age of 10 in my Nana’s kitchen, and I still use some of her recipes to this day…her Chocolate Fudge frosting is just incredible!
I started cooking in professional kitchens at 16, progressing from pot-washing at 14.
I’ve had the privilege of working in some of the best
five-star hotels in the world, including The Savoy, Claridge's, The Ritz, and The Landmark in London, as well as the Address Group and the prestigious Jumeirah Group in Dubai.
Along the way, I’ve earned several accolades, including Pastry Chef of the Year, UK Junior World Chocolate Master, and the Mercury Award for Dessert Innovation. I also
trained the UAE Junior Culinary Team to win multiple competitions.
I’ve been lucky enough to travel around the world, driven by my love for cooking, and even had the honour of working under the renowned Pastry Chef Pierre Hermé. Adventure runs in my blood. I’ve climbed Kilimanjaro, reached Everest Base Camp, and completed the London Marathon, all while raising money for Alzheimer’s in
loving memory of my Nana.
My cakes and pastries are straightforward, made the traditional way - no fancy powders or crazy chemicals, just simple, high-quality ingredients crafted with true love and passion.
