Refund Policy
9.Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if the delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product delivered.
9-1. Products purchased online can only be returned after raising a return request via email to admin@alannahs-pastry.com.
9-2. Any items whatsoever which have been provided free-of-charge with the relevant products must also be returned.
9-3. You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in their original condition. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused after the delivery.
9-4. You are expected to inspect the contents of your delivery as soon as your order arrives. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned goods if the product has been used or tampered with.
9-5. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
9-6. Products not eligible for Return:
o Promotion items o Frozengoods o Customised Items o Open package, seal broken & used items.
9-7. In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we will give you a refund onto the original mode of payment, excluding any delivery charges you paid for (if any) and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. You can also opt for a store credit option during your refund, which will be issued as a redeemable coupon code.
9-8. Return pickup being facilitated by our delivery team and not by a third-party courier service, the products to be returned will be collected only the next time our delivery agent is in your area. You can always return your products to our Warehouse at your convenience during our working hours Saturdays to Thursdays 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.
