We deliver from 7am – 7pm, seven days a week. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00am based on availability. For custom orders, please allow extra time for preparation.

We deliver to Dubai daily but all 7 emirates across the UAE. If you are outside of Dubai, our admin will get in touch to schedule the delivery with you.

Yes, we have a minimum order amount of 100AED for delivery. If your order is below this amount, you are welcome to opt for in-store pickup at our café located in Motor City.

Absolutely! You can schedule deliveries up to 60 days in advance during checkout. Just select your preferred delivery date and time at checkout.

If you’re not home during your scheduled delivery, we will try to contact you. If we're unable to reach you, the order will either be left at your door (depending on the product and weather) or returned to the bakery. You can then arrange for redelivery or pickup.

For optimal freshness, we recommend consuming our pastries on the same day as delivery. However, most of our baked goods can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 1–2 days or in the fridge for up to 5 days. Some items, like bread and cakes, can also be frozen for longer storage.
